Application Procedure

We are happy you have come to one of our sites. Triumph Management takes pride in renting luxurious apartments to the discriminating group who seeks the best in location, renovation, service, and size. Our properties are centrally located close to toronto's finest dining, nightlife, cultural events, transportation, and parks. And our tenants are as dynamic and diverse as the city itself! We would be thrilled to have you join the Triumph community.

 

To apply for one of our apartments, please gather the documents listed below and submit a complete application for review.

1. A completed application.

2. A credit report fee of $25 per applicant.

3. Income verification. (Income must equal or exceed 45x the monthly rent.) Please provide the verification of your annual income, and a copy of your photo I.D, along with your application.

Employment verification — Please provide three most recent pay stubs, and a typed letter from your employer. The typed letter must be on company letterhead, indicating your position, length of employment/start date, salary, and bonus. Please send this letter by fax to the appropriate fax number listed above.

Self-employment verification — If you are a self employed applicant, you must prove two years’ worth of income verification. A letter from your CA on their letterhead verifying your net income, plus copies of tax returns from the last two years, must accompany your application.
